Once again by popular demand it is the Divine Creator of the Dark - everyone's favorite character from my animation! ^^

Just finished this image today. The style (ink on parchment paper), of course, is similar to my old picture of him [link] and my thesis film. The background consists of at the very least 10 different textures.

For the wolf I used reference images of wolves and dogs. I do realize that wolves backs cannot physically bend like that.. but hey, hes a god, so he can bend however he likes! He and the flourishes were done in vector. The flourishes, however, are not my own, but rather are free vectors that I found. I don't know how many hours more this would have taken if I hadto actually draw them all myself. So props to whoever made those!

I am very happy with this image. It came out exactly how I imagined it in my mind, which is a very rare occurrence.

The thesis project itself is titled "A Flourishing Awakening" and is a mixed-media animation. There are two main characters in the animation - one is this black silhouetted wolf, and the second is a white silhouetted panther. The aesthetic feel of the animation, and thus this styleframe, is meant to resemble ink on parchment paper. The animation strives to synthesize digital and analog media, using it to tell a fictional story of world creation and a balance of duality.
